A northwoods resort on Chief Lake, where the docks are a short walk from your deck and the loudest thing at night is the loons. Fully equipped cabins, a heated pool, and room for the whole family.

Oak Shores Resort has been a summer address since 1997. Today it is eight cedar cabins set back in the trees, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, and a path that leads to the docks on Chief Lake. Mornings start with coffee on the deck. Afternoons belong to the pool, the boat, or nothing at all. Evenings end with a grill going and the sun dropping behind the far shore.
